I’m in the process of restructuring this website so I apologise for any messiness! When I set it up some years ago, I used the portfolio function and posted my work as projects rather than posts, but that doesn’t work very well so I’m in the process of redoing the project pages as posts, which makes them much more searchable through the search function and through tags and categories. It’s a slow, manual process however, so it may take me a little while.
I’ve been making many underthings in the past few years, so there is a lot of white in the images, but now that underlayers are almost complete for several eras, my plans for 2023 include the dresses, skirts and blouses that go over them, so there will be more colour!
In the meantime, here’s a portrait from the Regency Affair weekend held last May at Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands, organised by Sydney Regency Weekends:
My dress was made from a silk saree, and worn over a purple satin bodiced petticoat.
